Simple GIS Server - On Premise Solution

Easily share your Simple GIS Client maps as interactive web maps or share individual layers to other users across the internet using the Simple GIS Server application. Simple GIS Server is a Microsoft Windows, self-contained TCP/IP and web server that you install on you own MS Windows desktop or server. Users would use the free Simple GIS Server Admin plugin to connect to and publish their data to their Simple GIS Server instance. With Simple GIS Server, users can create private workspaces and user credentials to limit access to sensitive data or publish to a "Public" directory to make accessible to everyone. Key features of Simple GIS Server are:

Supports user access control via user credentials
Supports read-only interactive web maps that can be accessed from any web browser.
Create and publish tile maps from your own raster imagery.
Publish shapefile data from Simple GIS Client that can be accessed from other Simple GIS CLient users as live client/server layers or replicate as offline layers that can be synchronized with the server.

Simple GIS Server - On Premise Application

For a low monthly fee, Simple GIS Software will setup a dedicated Simple GIS Server instance hosted in the cloud. The Simple GIS Server Hosted Service provide all the same functionality as the Simple GIS Server on premise solution but does not require any setup or hardware by the user. Upon subscribing, the user will be emailed a URL and user credentials within 48 hours. The user would then use this URL and user credentials to administer and maintain their Simple GIS Server instance via the free Simple GIS Server Admin plugin for Simple GIS Client, the same as they would for the on-premise solution. The Simple GIS Server - Hosted Service allows up to 25 simultaneous connections and a minimum of 5 GB data storage capacity.
